I got these for a camping trip. We got them for the kids but wanted something that wouldn’t burst and release potentially harmful chemicals. So these soft, foam glow sticks were perfect. The foam was great because there were some inevitable sword fights. The various light settings kept the glow sticks interesting even for easily distracted little ones. The price is great for how many you get, I have plenty left over for next year! The only thing one might pay special attention to is the small piece of foam that plugs the end of the foam tube, it is possible for a determined little on to work that circle out of the tube then they could chew on the foam piece or get their little fingers in where the lights are. As always, supervision is a good idea and these will make for a safe, fun experience!

Bought for my daughter's night time bday party! The kids loved them and they lasted all night long. several were left on overnight and they still lasted and a few days later I found a few under my daughter's bed and the battery was STILL WORKING!!! Excellent value, excellent quality.

Although some of the the item pictures show smaller kids in the advertisement, these types of foam light sticks are typically used in parties/events for teens and adults.

These come neatly packaged with each stick individually wrapped. Each stick has a tab you need to pull out before it will work. The small button will turn the lights on/off and cycle through various light patterns: flashing, slow cycle, etc. Lights are bright even in daylight. Great product!
