1. Our's responsibility:
If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when seerootoys.com is responsible for shipping the wrong item.
2. Customer's responsibilit
Incorrect Order or Unwanted Item: If you want to return the items as your own reason, feel free to request a return in 30 days. In this case, the customer will be responsible for these three parts and the products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return:
A shipping tracking number and payment proof is needed, once you provide them to customer service team, the refund will be arranged as soon as possible.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 5 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless returned for quality issues.
Damaged or Defective Items:
